Two weeks ago, I went to see Splendid Chaos at Rick's. It was my first time seeing them since they got a new drummer. It was a great show, and they did some new songs that I hadn't heard them play before. They added Radiohead "Creep," Sixx:A.M. "Life is Beautiful," and Weezer "Say It Ain't So" to their set list. Happy New Year! I got back home from Montgomery a couple of hours ago. I stopped at the mall in Birmingham on the way home and then at my mom's house in Columbus to eat chili for dinner before finally coming home.

I'm really excited about MSU winning the Liberty Bowl yesterday! I just wish I had been able to go to the game, but it didn't work out that way this time. I watched the game on tv. I definitely want to go next time MSU makes it to a bowl game though.

I can't believe it's already almost the end of October. My birthday is in less than two weeks.
